Hey Tucson... We just switched from Verizon to t-mobile and they've had awesome service, great features, good phones, etc... But the network seems terrible. I've been getting 1 or 2 bars tops and we get a lot of static and dropped calls.
Is this just me or my phone? Or is it a broader problem? I'm still within my two weeks where I could walk away. We have new S4s.

All of my friends who have had it here have said they have had similar issues that you are seeing, OP.

I have Tmobile and hate every second of it.

It might be your location. I've lived near St Mary's Hospital, near 4th Ave, and worked at the UofA tech park, the main campus, and near the airport. It's always 4 or 5 bars if outside or near a window. The data is usually 4G, these days.

I've got T-Mobile in Tucson. No problems most of the time.

What part of town are you in? I've never had an issue with them (although I only have a text plan) on campus or anywhere around it, but I haven't been much further than that.

I be scared to leave my vzw but I like the sound of JUMP and I like TMos pricing and the company much more than fgt vzw, plus then I have the option to get a Nexus device if I want.

When my wife had T-Mo, years ago, there was no signal outside of dense city centers.

and that I am fine with because we rarely leave town or go hiking or anything, we're always in the city

In that case you should be fine with any carrier.

I liked Now Playing better than Shuttle in general. Never used lyrics, but I switched to Shuttle.

so in other words, new camera (which we already haz)
