Anybody got Nexus 7? It's fantastic. The gf uses ours but I had it for a while.

If I could afford to get one to play with, it would definitely be an N7. ---------- Post added at 05:46 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:59 PM ---------- $20 off a 32gb N7 at RadioShack: http://www.droid-life.com/2012/11/06...-limited-time/

titanium pro now has ability to create an update.zip to install all your app backups so they are there from the start with a fresh rom install. nice feature

Cao, Best Buy is going to have the LG Optimus Elite for Virgin on sale for $50 on black Friday if you're interested. I know its off contract but idk if it works with your plan. Don't know much about VM.

CDMA carriers don't allow phones sold for other carriers to activate on their plans/networks. They tend to put in their own modifications to the OS too.

I think in order for cao to be able to keep his plan he has to use a phone that was released before a certain date. Dont know what day that is though.

Dat mouse Sent from my Galaxy Nexus ---------- Post added at 06:10 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:27 PM ---------- Bought an OTG cable for $4 at a local computer place. Plugged in a powered hub, mouse, and keyboard. Works perfectly. This combined with hdmi would be bamf. IDK how you'd connect an OTG cable AND the HDMI adapter though since there's only one USB port. Do some MHLs have a passthrough? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus

Ok, I don't know if it's just me or what but if I was Moto/HTC/LG/etc and I saw this:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/...8A70GG20121108 I would immediately think "damn, we need to release the exact same phone on all carriers everywhere" because that is what sells phones to the general public. "OMG you have an iPhone/GS3? I'm gonna get one!" instead of "Wow that RAZR is cool, I'm gonna get one! Oh... yeah I have Sprint/TMo/ATT/ALLOTHERCARRIERS " Also, by releasing the same phone everywhere, you can update them easier and 3rd party peeps makes shitloads of accessories for them. DU ET FGTS HTC/LG/Moto/Sony do you even lift?

I was thinking about that the other day. 1 major release a year across all carriers/worldwide.
