It's not sad, but it might make you rage on a few parts because it's not really shown but emphasized that she was sexually assaulted when she was a young girl by the antagonist of the show. He's a real fucking piece of shit, probably one of my most hated characters in a anime. That's why she acts so tough and pissed off, and trains to box, she wants to be strong so anything never happens to her again like that.

Fucking hell, I feel so bad for Revy and how her childhood was. The fucking god damn COP raped her, jesus christ. God that scene in the last episode made me pissed when she was thinking about her past. I mean she was still a little girl too, what a sick fuck.
