Woke up Thursday and hurt like shit. Made ASAP appointment with doctor. He said it looked like I needed an alignment (which is what I've needed in the past, this isn't the first time my backs felt like this). So he gave me an alignment and I felt pretty good. A little sore pero MUCH better than before the alignment.

Woke up yesterday and felt like I wanted to die. HORRIBLE pain. Called Doc when he opened at they said I could go in for a shot of steroids in me back or go to emergency or he could call in a prescription for me. I've had one of those shots for back pain before and it made me feel even worse for some reason so FTS. So he called in the perscription for some muscle relaxers. Made sure they don't interact with Vicodin and have been taking both since yesterday afternoon and it's helping a lot.

At Thursdays Doc appt I made a follow-up appt on Monday so he told me to take the medicine through the weekend and we'll see how it is on Monday.

I've been making sure not to stay in one position ALL day either. I get up and walk around every hour or so and try to stretch a little but I don't have much range before it hurts like shit.

tl;dr - I did go to the doctor and I do try to keep moving. Shit still hurts like fuck.

Next time get Firestone lifetime alignment.

the alignment fixed it in the past and felt GREAT this time but the next day shet hit the fan

I wonder if I rolled over weird in my sleep and threw it out of alignment again.

I dunno wtf is going on but it hurts. I hate my back. It doesn't do this often but when it does..

Could be related. Differential diagnosis using ALL of the symptoms might point to sarcoidosis.

(It's never lupus.)
