We like the area (which is why we aren't moving far) and the apartment itself isn't bad but there's some trashy ass neighbors, fgt that moved in next door is loud as fuck all the time (used to be chill bamf old dude until he got tired of everyones shit and gtfo).

Manager is a doosh canoe that yells at tenants. He called the old guy a "fucking brain dead moron" because he refused to participate in yelling match with him. I know this for a fact because I could hear the whole thing while inside with the door/windows shut. Loud asshole.

Also he promises shit that never happens.

"We're getting ready to repaint all the apartments outside and redoing landscaping" 1yr later nothing

"We're getting rid of the shady tenants now that we're managing it and moving good people in" there are shitty people here now that weren't here when we started, he has pushed out the nice people that were here and made the whole place worse.

etc.

New place is better in alltheways and is managed by a legit company with people that we like so far. Wifey never trusted current manager, we should have went with her instinct.

Updated our Youtube embed code. Now it will let you go fullscreen, change quality to HD (might have been able to do this before but i don't think so), and it embeds a little big larger than before. I think it will also use HTML5 if your browser supports it (which is nicer than flash) but idk about that.

Let me know if anyone notices weird shit with embedded videos and I'll try to fix it or switch it back.
