BRB moving to Kentucky.

So I finally figured out how to get people not to tailgate. All you have to do is:
- Find a road with a full width breakdown lane and no oncoming traffic
- Drive fully in said breakdown lane at 20mph under the speed limit with hazard flashers on
- Stick arm out the window and wave in a "pass me" motion

at 100% of the limit and they ride my ass.
