Yeah, I started probably around november. My biggest problem is my diet due to constantly being in a rush for school and the $$$ needed for a proper diet.

This is the one I do...

What I did was took the excel spreadsheet, wrote out each individual day on a wordpad document. in this way i can have each day open on the ipod when working out.

Yeah, I have seen results mostly in my upper body. Shoulders, arms, tris, bis, chest, etc.

The biggest thing about working out is keeping a nutritious diet, e.g. about 4-5 meals a day, and in the proper nutrients. proteins, sugars, carbs, etc. thats my biggest problem as i am a college student.

i am sort of upset that the gym here doesn't have any leg/lower body equipment or barbells. i love doing legs and t-bar rows.

I've been trying to eat more meals like that but it's hard. Mom made eggs with chorizo and potatoes in the morning and I couldn't resist lol. But year for lunch I had tuna, brocoli and some rice. I just ate some plain yogurt right now.

thats the biggest thing. keep on the diet and eating like you are supposed to. i love cherry coke and sweet tea...thus its hard to keep only to water. sometimes i have to splurge.

ha, I've been running too but I think as long as I can do some type of excercise I can lose weight. I'd like to build muscle too but getting rid of some of this weight is a priority as well.

i have been off for about 2 weeks due to traveling home, being in a louisville for a week, traveling to louisiana, and now just starting work for the summer. gotta figure out a good schedule/time.

I work from 7-330/4, so I leave at 615, work until 330-4 then gonna workout at that time.

lulz. workout at 415am, not so much. i workout before class at school, like 620am or so, even on days when i didnt have class or office hours.
