You have the same fucking awful crap I have...I think it is freezing rain on top of the snow. The rain soaks in just before it freezes.

My back hurts, my legs have turned to rubber, and while indoors I randomly went from warm to absofuckinglutely frozen. I put on a bunch of layers of warm stuff.

Ok, maybe that is different. Mine breaks into chunks when I shovel it, sometimes with some powder undeneath it. When I throw it over the wall of snow I previously shoveled the chunks scatter and slide around but it's not like sand. It sure does weigh a fuckton though.

Nah, it certainly kinda sounds the same.

Theres a top layer of stoopid ICE that wont go away, then underneath is the powder.

The powder is what is cool. It doesnt stick to anything, itself, the shovel, cant make a ball, its....like sand. Never seen snow like this.

Yeah, every storm this year has been that sandy dry non-sticky powder stuff. It's definitely far less awful than the usual wet sticky crap we always get. OTOH this crust garbage is the worst.

Not sure on B & C. I tried B=85% and it said wrong and C I tried some other answer.
