OHHHH you've already finished flashing!

Ok Home is the original homescreen. I think the only change is the smoked glass and that there are 5 screens. Launcher is the newer 2.1 version that has a 3d app drawer and whatnot, but it can be kinda screwy in landscape mode. Just don't check the checkbox and pick one. Then press Home key to get that option again and try the other. Once you figure out which one you like best, check the box and pick it.

yeah, the names dont line up with the lil icons in protrait or landscape

that happened to me the first time but afterwards they lined up most the time lol

either way, the 2.1 Launcher is definitely kinda screwy from time to time, thats why they left the OG one in there and just added screens to it.

I didn't even install the Launcher lol

You need to download it. It is .99 but after hunting a while I found it for free FROM THE DEVELOPER so not even

hold down on the icon/widget you want to get rid of. after a couple seconds the app drawer will turn into a trashcan. drag it into the trashcan and let go. done

what webpage are you trying to PZ on? It doesn't work on "mobile" sites, including the default google homepage. Go to AOT or something and try it

It isn't doing anything crazy with my icons pero the FIRST time I flashed the other ROM, it put default homescreen (google search bar, messaging, phone, browser, maps, i think)

hell yes, i got rid of mine right away lol, just like any other icon or widget. hold down on it for a bit and drag it to the trash. You can always readd it later anyway
