installed update.zip from sd card...rebooted...gonna run app again

after you tell it to flash the update.zip you'll reboot and when the phone starts up it may take longer than usual

it will take a while after installing the ROM also, but only the first time.

It only makes a diff if you plan on connecting it to your PC and then haxing into it via terminal, which you'll honestly prob never have to do.
