I looked into that when I flashed it but at that point there was only the stock image. There may be a way to still do it but I didn't have enough on my tablet to care.
I think someone has released a flashable zip by now that will keep data but let me check. ---------- Post added at 11:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:32 AM ---------- Look through this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexu...px13d-t2911382 I'd backup with Titanium and copy the backup to your computer first just to be safe though.

the factory image has been great but I did end up wiping the whole thing
no Xposed of course and it is a pretty bare bones image (no gmail, no exchange, has the OLD music app and browser, etc) The music app still has Android 2.x styling lolwtf

i'm happy with it
Some useful links if you end up flashing it: N7 2013 Lollipop Dev Preview: http://developer.android.com/preview....html#download Latest TWRP: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/flo Permissive boot.img that allows root: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0By0...ew?usp=sharing (by sykopompos) (flash with fastboot) or http://download.chainfire.eu/579/Sup...13d-kernel.zip (by chainfire) (flash via TWRP) Latest SuperSU: http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu New TitaniumBackup beta, works better with 5.0: http://matrixrewriter.com/tmp/Titani...342_Market.apk (The flashable zip version of the preview may already include the permissive kernel and supersu, you may only need Titanium if you go that route) New 5.0 apps: http://webzforyou.nl/apk/ I haven't tested these yet, found them in some comment on AndroidPolice.

oh nice, he has a few that weren't in that link I posted
I think these all came from an N6 dump. ---------- Post added at 01:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:46 PM ---------- Out of all those apks, the only ones that I have working so far are Books, Messenger, and Music (which is Play Music). GMail gives me a welcome screen and then FCs, the rest just FC immediately after I open them. News & Weather says "sorry bro, this shit is incompatible with your device" (paraphrased) My notifications are full of GMail/Keep/Drive asking for me to sign-in but they FC when I open them.

I had high hopes of them working on the N7 since it's running 5.0 but it doesn't like them.
I noticed that /system/app and /system/priv-app and /data/app no longer just contain apk files. They contain a folder for each app. Inside that folder is the usual apk file and some apps also have a "lib" folder containing .so files.

I'm running CloudyFlex now. It's a ROM based off of the stock LG Flex ROM. Similar to stock G2/G3 but with a darker theme.

Lullypup for your G3 by the end of the year: http://phandroid.com/2014/10/27/lg-g3-lollipop/
Hopefully the G2 isn't far behind. Running a G3 port again, it's quite a bit nicer than stock G2 (which wasn't bad).
