Stealth diet foods
I've discovered some foods that seem like they'd be fattening but really aren't; and some that seem like they wouldn't be filling, but they are.
1. Cadbury Creme Egg - 170 calories (maybe less for the new ones that are a little smaller), doesn't feel filling but then later I'm not hungry for my next meal. 2. Boston Market Beef Pot Roast frozen meal. It's actually quite good. It doesn't taste like most micrrowave frozen beef meals. Everything is tender and flavorful. I even like the gravy. The only part I don't eat is the onions but I probably could. Anyway, it's 400 calories and it's most of a meal for me. It doesn't look like it should fill me, and I usually require 800 calories or more.
