sounds like good idea, that way almost everything will be within first few pages unless peeps be late to the party
---------- Post added at 03:11 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:10 PM ---------- You could even add links to very top of your post to Cao's Reviews, Cez's Reviews, etc.

No need for specific item number for the floor jacks, as I understand they're all quite good (except probably that $20 dinky compact one like the ones you get at Walmart). Mine is great.
Hose clamps (standard worm drive): Absolutely worthless. Won't buy there again regardless of item number. Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Pro ratchets, sockets, etc: All great. Exception: U-joints. Maybe my expectations are too high and I would have snapped off Snap-On too, but I've broken both the traditional and CV-style U-joints more easily than I expected. http://www.harborfreight.com/2-piece...set-67920.html http://www.harborfreight.com/3-piece...set-67986.html They do replace them readily, at least. Specifically the telescoping/extendable 3/8" & 1/4" dual ratchet: WIN!!!!! Love this thing and it took all manner of abuse last summer. http://www.harborfreight.com/3-8-eig...het-98802.html Unbranded 40 piece 3/8" and 1/4" drive ratchet/socket set: This looks like the standard cheapo kit you get in department stores and convenience stores because it is. It works but I wouldn't want to crank on it hard and I wouldn't want to depend on it for any real work. It's ok enough to throw in the trunk and forget about it until that day you need it, and since it goes on sale for $3 you aren't letting an investment rot unused but neither are you leaving your good tools in the car. http://www.harborfreight.com/40-piec...set-47902.html Pittsburgh Pro groove joint (AKA channel lock) pliers: Great, wish I hadn't lost mine. I think mine were the 12" ones. http://www.harborfreight.com/12-inch...ers-94288.html Micro torch: First one fell apart the first time I tried to use it. They replaced it and the second one has been great for years. http://www.harborfreight.com/micro-torch-42099.html Pencil torch: Seems well-built but has never worked well for me. http://www.harborfreight.com/pencil-torch-94185.html 4 1/2" "heavy duty" angle grinder: Only used it a couple times but did decently heavy work and it handled the job like a boss. http://www.harborfreight.com/heavy-d...der-91223.html 1/2" "Professional" air impact wrench, previously known as "Earthquake": Great. http://www.harborfreight.com/12-in-p...nch-68424.html AC-powered 1/2" electric impact wrench: Surprisingly decent. http://www.harborfreight.com/12-elec...nch-68099.html Non-contact pocket thermometer: Decent. Looks like it's going to be cheesy but it's not cheesy at all and it seems to work well. http://www.harborfreight.com/non-con...ter-93983.html 27 LED worklight/flashlight: Freakin awesome. http://www.harborfreight.com/27-led-...ght-67227.html 9 LED mini flashlights that they were giving away free for a year or two: Great when they work, but 1 in 4 of them is likely to break. http://www.harborfreight.com/3-12-9-...ght-69111.html 100 piece security bit set: Nobody should be without one of these. http://www.harborfreight.com/100-pie...set-68457.html Wire-handled tube brush set: Cheap and work great. I use them to clean out thread bores/nuts and brake pin bores. http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piec...kit-95947.html Engine brush set (IIRC), similar to those tube brushes but with 1/4" hex drive shanks, can't find them on the website right now: Also good, but they get beat up a little faster than I want for how much they cost...then again I am mounting them in a drill and using them at high speed to remove rust from threads. 18v close-quarters right angle bare drill (can't find on site right now): Takes Black & Decker batteries just like it looks like it does. I modified mine to fit my B&D 24v batteries. Works great. For gloves I prefer dipped cotton and dipped thin gloves from Dollar Tree. They fit great, feel as good as gloves can feel, etc. Those nitrile gloves that they sell don't stretch and fit well, and they break too easily, even by thin membrane glove standards. I have craploads more of stuff to post but I can't remember any more of it right now.

Juan, I like your proposed format. I wonder if we should also include smileys and thumbnail images. Could keep it simple:
= Good = Ok or kinda meh or had problems but overall ok = Don't ever get it Like so: cheap Tubing Bender http://www.harborfreight.com/tubing-bender-3755.html Successfully makes tight bends in 3/8" steel tubing that kinks using any other tool.

Have many of these. This is the only machinist tooling I'll buy at HF. I definitely get my fifteen bucks worth. Kinda feel Eazy-E when I break em. "Throw it the trash, go buy another" Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2

On the quoted items: Transfer pump -- agree. They also sell this same one at Walmart, parts stores, probably Sears, but it's half the price at HF. Mine failed and I guess it's probably chemical attack on the seals, like you said. Shop towels -- agree, they're great. I finally gave in and bought some instead of continuing to use rags from old clothes, these are SO much better. Hose clamps -- disagree that they're any good. Those are the ones that I found to be absolutely horrible, completely worthless. I can't even tighten one enough that it won't slide easily before it strips. Oil spout can -- what do you use this for? I have one but can't figure out what to do with it. I don't think mine came from HF but it looks identical...it was given to me before there was an HF in this region of the country. Quote:
I have one, it's great for the DIYer. I also bought the articulating magnetic base and found it to be kinda lame. http://www.harborfreight.com/multipo...ment-5645.html Magnet was not sufficiently strong, arm was not stable enough, etc. I was trying to use it to measure runout on my flywheel and brake rotors. It's possible that I just suck at doing that job, though. ---------- Post added at 10:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:58 PM ---------- 1/2" drive click torque wrench http://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-hal...rench-239.html Works great. Is consistent with itself, HF torque sticks, and another cheap torque wrench I have, and fasteners have expected clamping strength after torquing. 1/2" drive torque-limiting extensions (aka torque sticks) URL not found Works great, consistent with other tools as described above. 1500 watt dual temperature heat gun http://www.harborfreight.com/1500-wa...112-96289.html Works great, is comfortable to hold and operate. Could use a case...

Didn't notice mfbp's comment about sludge, that's why I was confused.
