how do they post up when scanning?

around here they are most often above a dip in the road or at the bottom. last time i was out an hour from jooston some foo was on top of an overpass looking down.

I used to, but I realized all I was doing was encouraging the same jerkwads who were tailgating 2 inches off my rear bumper.

In the past year or two behavior has improved. It started when there was a period of a LOT of enforcement activity, people chilled the fuck out and haven't yet worked back up to being full-time douchenozzles.
