Is HP Mini 1100? I probably have the complete set of drivers backed up. I had one for many years until it shit the bed. Was excellent tool.
Worked with Windows 7 too.

its a 210-2145DX looks like I do have a windows sticker under the PINK () vanity cover thing.
I think HP still has the drivers online https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers.../model/5051983 Would XP run better than 7? Keep in mind im only gonna use it to run Efilive to dl/ul files. I might let the bby watch yt on a roadtrip if anything else. I guess I was hung up on the fact that HP doesn't have the ISO creator for this specific model no more but it sounds like I can create an ISO from Microsoft for a generic windows install and then add the drivers later myself?

windows should have a lot of your hardware drivers installed anyhow. like I said the video might be the right one but it will run with a generic windows driver until you can install it. other than that an audio driver is the only thing I can think that wouldn't run. again windows prob has a generic one or the drivers in there. if not should be simple to find online. usb drivers wifi card keyboard touch pad should be just generic windows stuff it will auto detect when installing.

found an ISO, created a bootable usb with said ISO but it doesn't do anything because I wiped the hdd clean. So I created another usb with windows ce I believe? ran some commands to clean/partition/assign letter to the drive and proceeded to install the iso'd usb. it all went fine until the install couldn't find 2 files...presetup.cmd and setuporg.exe.
install was looking for them under windows/system32 but they were in i386 folder, I just moved them and that solved that...but then it couldn't find unz7zip.exe and dspdsblr.exe I tried a different iso and got the same fucking messages $30 netbook is turning into a major pita.

usb is already on top of boot list. I just don't know why the stupid xp iso usb wont boot. I just get a blinking _ in a black screen. When I run the CE usb, it has no problem and will recognize the iso loaded usb if I plugged it in at boot time.
Then if I run the xp iso usb from within CE, the "install windows" option is gray'd out :roflsuicide:

Burn ISO to CD, connect CD drive to USB, might work a lot better. XP wasn't meant to be installed from flash media and that difficulty finding files may be because of non-CD media.

that's about it. when it breaks loose keep wheel cut so go in circle. only thing is if it has way to much power it will kick around to fast and not make perfect ones. my dmax was hard to get them to circle.
