I have one similar to this:
Underside has a mild adhesive, like a stickier version of Post It notes. Works great.

It was a gift, I think it came from Walmart. Mine's slightly less clunky looking, but anyway it just works so IDGAF. I actually didn't intend to use it all the time, I was going to make a mount for and just use it when I'm in someone else's car, but it was too easy to just be lazy. Kittah toilet thang would be a disaster with my 4 cats. I could rename them Jabba, Gimpy, Clumsy, and Bratty...

On kittah litter...
For a few years I've been using these: http://www.omegapaw.com/products/rol...itter-box.html With 4 cats that ends up being too much icky hands-on work for me. I have taken huge plastic boxes (like 4+ feet long) and made oversized litter boxes. I use a steel rake to gather the clumps and a shovel to get them out.

Kinda want rolly box but we don't have a decent spot for it in our small apartment. Their current box is under the bathroom sink with one door removed so they can get in there. Keeps it hidden and doesn't take up useful floor space. Might be able to make room though because the rolly one looks nice. I think the reviews I read say that it sometimes separates and spills litter everywhere, does yours do that?
For the same reason, I can't use massive plastic boxes.

Yeah, if there's too much litter in it then it can open up. The top and bottom halves have a lame plastic latch and one end is completely without any of those lame latches. I added 3 small bolts at that end and there was no problem ever again.
---------- Post added at 11:26 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:25 AM ---------- I had one in a tight spot. Sometimes I'd roll it out through the door, sometimes I'd just hold it up in the air and turn it over like a rotisserie.
