It wasn't the theme it was Launcher Pro. Go to LP Settings then Homescreen Settings and you will see how to set it up.

Yea, I've heard you can run into problems with shadow not going through ROM manager. I would just download it and copy to my SD, then use clockwork

It runs smooth and fast. All the Sholes themes should work they said. Incognito isn't for the Inc and it worked.
