· Perform field tests on materials such as properties of plastic concrete, in-place density and moisture content of soil, and other tests

· Perform laboratory tests on materials delivered by field technicians or clients

· Supply results of each test in the specified format and deliver to the project manager at the end of each work day for review.

· The technician is responsible for communicating with the dispatcher each day in order to schedule their work

· Maintenance and calibration of equipment issued to each technician is their responsibility

Sounds like cool gig. I'd be working at chemical/oil plants doing something like quality assurance. I'd need a truck tho. Dad has one but they said they have leased trucks to lend for a few months while people get their own. Mileage gets compensated. Guy mentioned probably random hours. And lots of days.
