I've seen a lot of those attachments on trailers lately. Nice Mesa Valley Transportation. Idk if you noticed the "hubcaps" on the wheels.

Idk about the piece on the back or the hubcaps but I think Cali requires the skirts now.

Yup, Cali requires the skirts. The other stuff is not required anywhere AFAIK. The rear piece (called a boattail despite its complete lack of resemblance to its namesake, probably in the tradition of rear attachments that do in fact resemble them) is exempt from length limits and collapsible, and that shape is proven to increase efficiency:

The wheelcovers are an easy target but I'm not sure just how much they help. Trucking company Schneider is using clear plastic wheelcovers.

I was going to make pizza pan wheelcovers for

but then I found OEM wheelcovers that are almost smooth and look great. Only problem is they're expensive when I lose one.
