Balut

One of the most popular dishes in the Philippines, balut is either duck or chicken eggs, but always half-fertilized. I hated Mexican food. Then, I moved to San Diego in May 09, and just realized I've never had GOOD Mexican food. The goodness continued after I moved to AZ. Now I eat it about once a week and I haven't been to taco bell in years. FTS
