We're going to get 9-15 inches in the next 24 hours. On the news this morning, they were talking about how they want everybody to stay off the road, and they listed the quantity of state plows, private contractors, Hummers, and National Guard men available for this storm.

I was dumbfounded. Hummers? National Guard?

I got 18 inches in December and I don't remember any talk of Hummers and National Guard. What's the big fucking deal? This isn't Florida, we get 15 inch storms every year.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy about the snow. It pisses me off. But, the hysteria...for fuck's sake, it's just a bunch of shoveling and a difficult commute home. Big fucking deal.

GMAC won't give me the numbers I need and the damn dealership wont tell me anything b/c my email address isn't on the contract.
