• "and a movie once a week": Probably the most reasonable demand. $50/week, or $2,600/year
• "and have Season box tickets to the NY Giants": $40,000 up front, $25,000/year after that
• "& to the NY Yankees Games": $81,000/year
• "& to the Brooklyn Nets Games": $24,600/year (41 games, ~$300 per game) and I'd guess about $3,000/year on inflated beer and food costs, assuming you went to a decent number of games.
• "and to the NJ Devils games.": $24,600/year (41 games, ~$300 per game) with the same $3,000/year for food and drink.
• Full time landscaper: about $20,000/year, considering the beautiful house with fruits and vegetables to maintain.
• Full time cleaning lady: 3 hours a day, three days a week? $10,000/year.

• "... medical ...": I'll take a pass and say that this guy better have outstanding medical coverage for his spouse. I'll count that as $0.
• "... and life insurance...": Shit, I'm getting bored now. Like, $2,000/year?
• "... and a weekly shopping allowance for trips to the salon...": $200/week, so $10,400/year.
• "... mall ...": Oh who knows on that one. Another guess at $500/week, so $26,000/year.
