I like the look of ICS. The blue/black/grey, the icons, etc. Can't wait to have a fully featured ICS rom on my phone.

For now, CM7 with ICS themes will work

I mean, it's just to me. I know some like it, but it needs to be less depressing. Lol.

Then again, I could not stand the movie TRON, and ICS basically has that color scheme so it kind of explains it.

Something I'd like to see is the dark gradient under "Settings" to be whitish, with black text. (a la MIUI) It'd brighten up the UI and look a little better. It's JMHO, but it would help drastically.

X has a locked bootloader too Can haz MIUI, CM7, etc. Not sure what roms are out for the Bionic but I'm sure there are a few.

cant get the bootloader unlocked. i can get into the bootloader when i type the fastboot oem unlock it says waiting for device. how long should it take?

Never done that before but I don't imagine it would take very long. Waiting for device makes me think it doesn't see the phone or something.

Curious, why'd you opt to unlock the bootloader instead of just rooting it?

im doin both. unlock bootloader now before i sync everything because it wipes device

So he can flash kernels and shit yo. Pretty sure custom recovery requires le unlock too.

Nevermind. Just saw you can re-lock the bootloader for warranty purposes. That's something new.

Looks like there is already an OTA update, did you accept that before rooting? If not, might have to reroot afterwards.

The Nexus One was the only Nexus that you werent able to re-lock. Have to unlock in order to root.

Will it only relock if it's back to stock? Otherwise what is the point of having the unlock/relock?

It isn't for any phones we care about and the rom is only half (if that) working, but I think it's kinda cool that a manufacturer is actually giving people the option to try out early builds of stuff.
