Yea I don't think it will work well here. Tmo is just now getting coverage here. I'm gonna test it out soon just got my sim today.

yeah TMo/Sprint. Sprint is shit for the most part but when combined with TMo, it should work pretty well. Assuming it can use all the towers.

Build quality and always on mini screen for time/notifications looks cool on the V10 but specs are probably meh and dual selfie cams pls.

if TMo doesn't allow me to "jump" to a phone not sold by them or I can't find a way to swing $500, I may just pick up a G4 or something. G4 has similar specs to Pure I think (with slightly less win camera, but still decent). I'll just have to deal with the lack of Android pureness again.

yeah it has been going on sale every now and then. Might have to do that. More affordable and still a nice phone, just no fingerprint reader.

But bish is huge. Bigger than a Note, N6P, etc.

I looked through TMos offerings and after weeding out old or low spec phones and Samsungs (new ones are built well but after my Note3, dnw to deal with TW/bloat again), I'm pretty much left with a G4 or a pre-owned N6 (overpriced compared to ebay/amazon sales lately).

So if I can't jump to a non-tmo phone I'll either pick one of those or keep the G2 for the full 2 years so I can pick up a phone retail.

Sony's Z5 is supposed to have the best smartphone camera ever but we'll see if it ever comes to the US successfully. The only Sony on TMos site right now is a Z1S

I could get a pre-owned Nexus5 from them for like $8/mo

but that's a downgrade from the G2 other than the AOSP.
