rofl yeah but I still don't know how I want to go about that. If I do it myself, it will look like dick or just fall off again. I still want to rattlecan the spots to at least help prevent it from spreading.

As for a legit paint job. It will be quite a while before I can afford to drop $2-3k for a nice paintjob. Maaco is <$1k but probably shitty, NSIW.

Nope, don't have any friends who can paint. I wish.

My dad had a mexi friend paint the front clip of their Jetta and Tracker because they both had a couple new panels/hood put on. Doesn't look too bad but there are a couple spots around the edges where he got lazy.

Also, the biggest fear I have about a cheap paintjob is that they are just going to paint over the bad primer that is causing my paint to fall off. So it will just fall off again after a while.

Oh and the Whale-Aero hybrid is actually pretty sexy. I still like the big tail lights better but the part I hate most about the -98s is the front so I do like that red one.

Juan - our local vocational/technical academy did complete paint jobs. not entirely sure but i believe the only thing that was to be bought was paint + materials.

since the vt is being taught if they fuck up they have to fix there mistake. and have a teacher that is expert body man watching them so its not like it some fuck trying it in his garage that has little expertise is the shit.

local one did my friends beretta back in the hs hers came out good had to color sand and buff it but it looked great after we did that. vt offered to do it after paint set up but i did it for her so she wouldnt have to leave it for a day.
