I totally %100 agree with you on this. And I was in control of my policy until she, being butthurt that I left her agency, prevented me from doing so.

I've finally spoken with my claims adjuster, who says that theres nothing he can do since I haven't been paying for Extra Expendatures for the last 4 months.... but didn't know it. The money is automatically taken out of my account each month. I never gave anyone the "go ahead" to remove my rental.
