Yeop. That will have to wait, being a broke-ass college student doesn't leave much to splurge on stuff with no use.
<--- is ready to be done with school and have a full-time career I enjoy.

Well, yeah, want to put the OEM FoMoCo CD player in it. I found one for an 05 Grand Marquis for cheap fairly close, wondering about the part numbers for the OEM CV one.
I would go aftermarket, but a lot of times aftermarket ones are to deep and look like shit with a dash kit and all in a CV.

Re: The CV Thread
Mine looks fine but oem is nice and clean. Too bad I can't survive without built in crossover, sub controls, and aux in.

Not sure if the 05 MGM will work in the CV. Having all sorts of fun looking at part numbers....lulz
I may end up having to find one out of a 98. ---------- Post added at 09:23 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:34 PM ---------- Just found an 03 Ford Escape OEM CD player in West County St. Louis, MO. Waiting for a response currently. :fingerscrossed: I will be in the St. Louis area on Tuesday picking up my headunit for the truck, so we will see what happens.

Re: The CV Thread
Yeah it is deep enough, you just need to route all the wires so the stereo can fit all the way back.
And some CVs have different connectors so be careful. I bought one harness that was supposed to fit and it didn't fit, had to go back and get a different one.

I do not think the MGM radio would work because of this
http://p71interceptor.com/radio/ and this http://p71interceptor.com/radio/issford_radio_guide.pdf Due to the part numbers stating that its only a 05 CV/MGM radio only. Does not work for anything backward or forward. As far as stock radios, you have to be careful because the radios need to go like this. Where the front is like 1.5 DIN and the back is 1.0 DIN due to the ductwork. """""\___ _______
