Am mad @ insurance company and agent.

I wrote my own policy when I was licensed and maintained it. Well when I left agency, owner of agency took it over b/c she locked me out of all the company websites. I made FUCKING SURE I put rental on everything I own, I always have.

So, GMC had rental, Jen's Explorer had it, etc. Well, sold GMC and added Ferd to policy.She didn't put rental on Ferd. Dropped Exploder down to just liabiility b/c it just sat in the yard the majority of the time so I know rental was removed from that. Then added Sonata... and bish didn't put rental on it.

So jen hits deer in Sonata, I go to get rental, etc. Rental company calls me yesterday stating I don't have rental coverage. So I go back in my policies and look and see where she never added it to my new vehicles. I was under the impression and was taught in school/working w her that if someone has rental, and adds a new/additional vehicle, PUT RENTAL ON IT ALSO..

So now I'm stuck.. she won't answer phones or reply to my emails..

I had to come back wednesday (the 2nd). I could have used a few vacay days (like apparently almost everyone else here ) but I figured fuck it, my first week back might as well be only 3 days long
