GravityBox actually has an option to change the color of the status bar icons/text. Works perfectly, don't even need themes.

And dat long press track change

I accidentally flashed a quicksettings mod for shiny before I installed gravity box so those settings are a little screwy but everything else works great so far.

bootloader on vzw being unlocked? probably not

i'm guessing you'd need safestrap or something. are there xPosed modules that play well with Touchwiz? If so, you could just use root and xPosed to get a lot of the rom features
