@ using no coolant. wonder how many bits they burnt up in the making of that video? although it looks like they are just using mild steel

Didn't look like anything was too hot, barely saw any discoloration of the shavings, though I was wondering about that too. Also wondered about the uncontrolled trajectory of shavings landing back on the work piece and potentially interfering with machining the next spot.

Pretty cool how almost every bit leaves a proper finish immediately, few left rough surfaces to be finished by another bit.

Description says the widget is used in the energy industry or something.
