  1 containing 7000+ish lines (some locations have multiple lines)

I need to compare the 100+ lines (numbers) to the 7000+lines (facility column). Thus, filtering the 7000+ lines of data for only the facility numbers of the 100+ facility numbers.

Any help?

Save as CSV and import to some sort of database software. You're doing database work, why not use the right tool? You'll probably spend more time trying to hack spreadsheet software into doing the job than you'll spend learning a database program instead.
