wtf this is what I found:

1. Press the Center button.
2. Open Device Info.
3. Tap Phone Reset Options.
4. Tap Full Erase two times.

You did that already?

Ohhhh i think i know. After you turned it back on, did you log in with your "palm profile"?

If you log in with your palm profile, it will download contacts/apps from prehs servers. So teh preh backs up your goodies like google does

Before you delete it. Let it download your contacts from teh preh servers and:
