You just starts a text and then press menu and hit attach and as for camera settings, they are all on screen when the camera is open, just tap the icons. The top icon contains most of the settings.

You can get rid of stock apps using Root Explorer but be careful. Disabling some HTC stuff will make the phone go FC crazy.

I installed MR2 radio, and some ROM called flyweight. It's stock, with all bloat removed.

the thing is, the TB should be able to use 3g just fine... if every other phone in the VZW store was fine, then his should be also, even if 4G is weak or non-existent there..

Yea, native LTE phones are slightly different though. They have a CDMA radio and LTE radio which can fuck with each other.

Jayson, ahve you tried turning the LTE radio completely off?

If I had your phone in hand I could find out what is using it all but it would involve terminal commands. Not sure what the easiest way to see it is.

Maybe one of your apps is saving shit to the internal instead of the sdcard.

Exactly my point. The other TB's, Charge's, etc had full signal. Mine had at most 2 bars for a second, then back to none. Thankfully the tech was holding it when this happened.

No, have not yet. Dude, I'm mad b/c I can see the damn tower when I walk outside. I can see it from my house at night, and in the morning.
Yet, I have absolutely zero bars of service.

Right now, I'm possibly at the MOST .8 miles from the tower, and I have 0 bars, and -101dB service.

Its really not that disappointing if VZW is actually getting the Prime or whatever its gonna be called. Just sucks for me because I doubt its gonna be out before Oct 5th and thats when my 90 days is up.

Okay funny story, remember when we were down in November? Well that Saturday morning Matt and I went to town to grab drinks and some snacks. We tried to get back to your house by what we thought were the right roads and damn near got lost. Used that tower as sort of a beacon to figure out if we were headed the right way.

Prime > SGSII if we ever get it

was super pissed when the N1 was coming out. Because it even said VZW on the N1 page so I was all excited, then it never came out and they eventually took their name off of it.

Sounds like a rom issue. "Broken MMS" is an issue that lots of roms have when they first come out. There usually isn't a way to fix it until the dev or someone else releases a fix for it.

MIUI and CM7 tend to be buggy unless you have decent Dev's behind it. I don't think your Desire gets much dev attention unfortunately. You may want to try roms based on the stock one. They usually take the stock rom, tweak it for speed, remove bloat, replace apps with more efficient ones, etc.

Just be sure it's for the bravoc aka USCC Desire and not for the GSM one.
