surprisingly, i dont miss it as much as I thought. I do miss the theme system a little but MiLocker and CM7 themes are keeping me happy for now.

I think the two newest are these:

MIUI DefX 1.12.9: http://rootzwiki.com/topic/11858-rommiuius-defx-part-2/

The first one is an updated version of the one we had been using (1.10.22), the second one uses pieces of ICS taken from MIUI Scotland. I haven't tried either of them since I'm happy with CM7 for now.

If you decide to go the CM7 route then you want RevNumbers' fixed version that runs on the GB kernel. The easiest way to get it is to install Rom Toolbox from the market (free) and download the latest version from there.
