Why on earth would I do that when there's an official 2.3.5 package I can use? And yea, I've made sure to repartition but something is wrong internally I think. Sounds like maybe part of your internal memory is corrupt or something since it is so random (FCs, letters missing, apps missing, texts missing, won't save settings, etc). I can't think of anything else if you went completely back to stock (I'm assuming stock ODIN is like an SBF).

Sounds scary

Yea, it's essentially the same. The one caveat being AOSP use a different filesystem than stock since it's based on the nexus s. Hence the need to repartition every time you switch. Dunno what's up with it since it's done the same thing on stock and cm7 now.

So it's been formatted and repartitioned and its still doing that... sounds like internal memory problem. Have you tried running it without an sd card? I doubt a screwy sd card would have that kind of effect but FIDIL right?

Make a RW or XDA post and hope someone has a better idea than "your internal memory is fucked, bust out le Eris"

I'm on stock now with no SD card. Ran okay until I locked it and woke it up again, then it went to shit. Something will fc every now and then and it's slowwwwww

could be the ram thats bad too, that would slow it down and give random problems but I don't think it would make apps/texts disappear

Getting random keyboard popups, random back soft key presses, just started the whole still ringing after the call is answered thing, random data connection loss... all kinds of shit. Might need a wipe and reload but I still think I liked TW better.

Why wouldn't you Odin back to 2.1 since obviously what you have done hasn't worked. If it were me, I wouldn't Odin 2.3 and assume everything is still fucked because it didn't work
