Cao - I've dropped tanks before, the reason I don't want to drop this one is the studs that hold the straps. Ford snaps them off really close after they put the straps on. I'd have to replace the studs or do some shady stuff to extend the straps a bit, or smash the shit out of the tank/straps to make them fit over the short studs enough to take the nut.
at least that's what I've read everywhere for CVs
