The gameplay is amazing in Persona 4 golden, well most of it. Just the amount of tiny details in the game is insane. Hell you can get a variety of jobs, join different school clubs, garden...etc.etc... All the while, these help build your stats while earning you money. Plus you have the dungeons, side quests, and mini bosses.
The art is some of the best I've ever seen in an anime style game before, so that helps as well. The actual anime videos are fucking awesome as well.
