Chrome is my favorite. A lot of that has to do with the Google integration keeping my shit sync'd and whatnot without needing another account for it. I also like the mobile version so that's nice. Also apps/plugins/extensions like Hangouts and LastPass are useful.
It definitely uses it's fair share of RAM but I have 16gb in my work machine and my home laptop so I'll survive.
