If you watch NASCAR you know he's a hothead to begin with. I think he was trying to scare the guy but hit and ran over him instead. But still, mistake or not, he fucking ran over a guy due to his own rage. He also knew what that car would do when he hit the throttle, the back end was going to kick out.
