So you're saying that a battery with lower amperage capacity will deliver lower voltage, causing higher amperage? Yo dawg.
Engine not running: Even the smallest battery that can start the engine will have tons of amperage and standard voltage for normal OEM stuff and common shit like cell phones. If we're talking a compressor for bags or something, that's going to be a different story of course.
Engine running: Seriously, if voltage is dropping low enough to be a problem for accessories (which will tolerate usage with the engine off) then the battery won't charge.
