Look at its position and think about it...
It's straddling a track that is likely active. A few feet in front of it are tracks without a crossing. A few feet behind it, a train has trapped it in. I can imagine Chris Griffin saying "I NEED AN ADULT".
(Yes, by doing a 47-point turn it can get between the tracks.)
