So new instructor is a fitness guy, we will be doing P90x, insanity and one of the other of those for the duration of academy doing two a days. I am looking forward to getting my ass back in shape and shedding some uneeded weight along with getting my Diabetes in ever better control. Looks like wifey and I will be starting a whole new diet plan which she has been working on since she is also a registered nutritionist as well.
