cant tell you cuz theres no overview. the ova uses the two older girls as the main characters.
in the ova the blue eyed igrl meets the other girl and they become friends. then some shit happens because i think the blue eyed girl (kurou i think? or something) sitll talks to her older friend from middle school so the other one gets jelly. that in turn causes shit to go down in the madoka type world and they fight and shit. in the end of the ova the blu eyed girl and BRS end up joinning together. dont think the psycho girl appears in the ova at all.
