I went to see a user whose wireless mouse AND wired mouse were both not working. I got there and this is what I found:
- The wired mouse was actually not a mouse at all...it was the wireless mouse receiver.
- The wireless mouse needed new batteries, but it was in denial and kept lighting up properly anyway.

I just got the news that Office 2010 won't be able to be installed with a .MSI file.
Fucking Microsoft. I thought that they want everyone to use .MSI installations with GPOs to install software. Now the only way is going back to 1985 style...put it in a fucking batch file.
