In response to your previous post, I have not seen the "nonobro" animated gif used in quite a while. When I was creating that gif in Adobe Photoshop on Windows, it took me a while to get the hat to rotate with his face correctly. Early attempts made it look like the hat was moving separately from the gentleman's face.
