Medium rare. I'll eat that shit if it's dripping blood though, idgaf. Anything past medium rare and you might as well not even pay for meat since its being wasted anyways.

:word:

Things I like about meat that's been cooked most/all of the way through:
1. Hot inside
2. Tenderized by cooking, and consistent
3. Flavor is better
4. e.coli/salmonella/etc is dead

I wish everybody used that chart and could cook properly. I prefer it thoroughly cooked inside without having turned black or crusty on the outside...

I'm not an animal, I don't need to tear my prey limb from limb and eat it while it still has blood pressure.

---------- Post added at 08:30 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:29 AM ----------

By that chart I am ok with medium, like medium well, and prefer well.

When I actually order I usually have to order medium. Any more and the outside is all burned to shit, any less and it's cold and raw on the inside. Even then sometimes it comes out cold and raw on the inside.

Call me weird, but I like my meat all but burned to a crisp.

The one caveat being it needs some sort of seasoning/dry rub so the crust that's formed actually flavors the meat. I can't stand it when something is cooked to death and it's dry/tough/etc. It can be cooked overly well (aka burnt as some call it) and still have plenty of flavor and be tender. Seasoning is the key though.

If you've ever had the burned bits off of a piece of bbq (real bbq) then you know what I'm talking about. ZOMFG

I only wanted a size 14½! Missed decimal point sees slipper ordered from China returned as size 1,450... big enough for owner to sleep in :D

Sometimes when you buy a pair of shoes, one of them can feel snug while the other one does not quite fit.

Tom Boddingham certainly knows the feeling.

When the 27-year-old ordered a special monster-design slipper to fit his oversized left foot, he was sent this size 1,450 one – because manufacturers failed to spot a decimal point.

http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2011/...01_634x403.jpg
Big slipper-up: Tom's massive size 1,450 slipper is big enough to get into
He had requested a 14.5, as well as a smaller size 13 for his right foot. The pair cost £15.50. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

However, manufacturers in China misread the measurement and accidentally made the whopping seven foot-long slipper, which was shipped to him along with the correct smaller size.

Now 6ft 7in Mr Boddingham, who wears custom-made shoes because of the different sizes of his feet, will sell it on eBay.

http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2011/...17_634x512.jpg
Mistake: Tom ordered his custom-made slipper from the Monster Slippers website

‘It was sent directly from Hong Kong and measures 210 x 130 x 65cm – the same length as a grizzly bear or a family car,’ said Mr Boddingham, from Ilford, Essex. ‘I must be the owner of the biggest slipper in the world.

‘I’m going to sell it online, and if I can make a few quid out of it then all the better.’

Online slipper company Monster Slippers – which is based in Dunmow, Essex, and has the motto ‘for the animal in you’ – apologised to Mr Boddingham and has not charged him any extra. A spokesman explained the mistake occurred because of a ‘translation error’.

‘We are making him a replacement slipper of the right dimensions,’ he added.

Apparently workers in the slipper factory assumed his giant order was for a shop window display.
