Xbox or PS3 and why?

I like the ps3, there is so much you can do with it then just play games. I stream movies, check the internet, play blu-ray's and alot more.

PS3...I love the controller layout, BR movies rock, no need to pay for online gaming :cool:, media capabilities are awesome.

XB360 has good games, but none that Im really interested in, no BR capabilities, paid online gaming, I dont like the controller.

:word: I have a share on my computer with shitloads of movies and my music also, I can access it all from my ps3 with zero effort :pepper: the browser works well (including flash for Pandora and whatnot), and BRz ftw

There are only a few games on 360 that I wish I could get. Mass Effect and Forza are the ones that come to mind most. I'd play the Halos and Gears of War but I don't miss them. I think MGS, Little Big Planet, GT5 (when it comes out), Demon's Souls, etc are well worth the loss of Mass Effect and Forza though :pepper:

With the amount of entertainment/fun I've got out of my PS3 since I bought it, I'd roll with no stereo at all for a while if it meant getting one :jester: but it depends on your commute.

I only drive the truck on weekends.
Plus if I sell the one I have in there I can get the Kenwood I want for $20 more.

Well, decided. If I can get my buddy to ride with me, PS3 will be mine. He wants me to get it and practice for COD MW2

There are lots of good games for it, depending on what type of games you like. I'm addicted to a nerd style game right now where your a knight and you have to slay demons and shit :jester: but I go back and forth between that and Dirt 2 (pre-runners ftw)

If it is just for backup or your friend occassionally then you can try to find a used one at a Gamestop or something or you could buy a 3rd party controller. They are cheap but usually feel cheap...

As for headsets, I can't help you because my satellite internetz is too slow to play online :blah:

:jester: then get a legit one, I've never been happy in the long run with a knock off. If you can find a used Sony one, that would work too. The old ones without Vibrate are probably easy to find used now.

get a legit Sony controller. Also, if u have a bluetooth headset, you can use that as your ps3 headset.

yeah, like the ones u use for your cell phone. the ones you hang off ur ear....those work on ps3 cuz its bluetooth.

Same with most bluetooth keyboards if you find that you send a shitload of messages or use the browser a lot

If you get the BR/DVD remote (I recommend you do) you can be in the kitchen and press play and the movie will start playing cuz its BT, no need to point the damn thing at the console. :cool:

Not specific one. After said incident, I found the option to delete the dictionary of words that the ps3 learns lol but you have to delete all of them or none so they all went bye bye.

Settings > System Settings > Delete Predictive Text Dictionary
