4. The other day I heard another song that I thought totally sounded like another song. I wish I could find the little piece of paper on which I scribbled that.

5. Model train sets are available in standardized sizes or "scales". One such scale is HO scale. When you play with one, you run a train on that HO.

6. There is a series of increasingly bad nasal annoying smartasses: Norm Macdonald -> David Spade. Who came before and after them? Should Jon Lovitz be included even though he's not annoying, he's an awesome nasal smartass?

7. On Ice Road Truckers: Why don't they use studded tires?

Because they don't need them. I grew up in Yellowknife and used to hunt near those ice roads in season 1. The show is way more dramatic than the actual job of hauling shit. Also it would cost a ton of money to outfit all the trucks with studded tires for the 2-3 months they are on the iceroads. Does anyone actually make studded transport tires? I doubt it but don't know for sure. And they all have chains if required but they are not used often.

:hmm: Interesting. I thought chaining up happened more often than they show, not less, although I knew they way overdramatize everything.
