so a month or so ago i went to training for some software encryption program

the test laptop just randomly stopped booting and had to be wiped a week after the training, so i lost some faith in the software

then we got really busy with a new domain controller / file server installation and migration

now there is another training session today where they expect us to have the encryption software on 10 computers and 4 flashdrives :roflmao: i haz it on 0. We don't trust it enough to put it on computers that are being used and we don't have 10 spare computers laying around to use.

don't even want to go to the stupid training but bawws wants me to go and "tell them how much of a pain it's been" :facepalm:

People cross that tidal creek daily with no problem, but that night he was directed towards a spot where there was a DEEP hole on purprose, and it swallowed the truck. personally i would have wanted to beat the fuck out of the people that told me to go through there.

Matt could have chosen his words more wisely and avoided most of this shit, but it is what it is. Obviously because it's Mike that's in a bad spot and the fact it's such a crazy situation how it all went down, I'm glad to help out any way I can. I just can't get it through my head how some people (not you, see thread) can be so mean spirited at the very thought of someone helping another person out.

I realize Mike isn't and I also agree with you on Matt maybe choosing wiser words. Then again we are referring to Matt and that is like asking a hooker not to sweat in a convent. I can understand why people are acting the way they are as well because I have come to learn that there are quite a few uneducated, ignorant could care less people out there that only have 1 thing in mind and that is numero uno. I'm sorry that happened to Mike and it is unfortunate but with that not being his first mode of transportation I feel that giving him money is not as high on a priority list for me. Would I give him a hand wrenching on the rebuild, you bet and I would even donate spares if I had any as well but as far as sending money goes, well that is a bit different :imo
